When you visit your Congregation Access link, you will be asked to provide your email address and access code. (You must enter their email address, and that address must match the email address you have entered on the People screen.)The Access code is a secure, randomly generated password that cannot be changed. If you do not know your access code, or if you have not previously logged in to Congregation Access, Churchtrac will email you a new access code to the email address you have entered on the People screen. Once you have logged into Congregation Access, you'll be able to view and update your profile, as well as the profiles of other family members, contribution history, member directories, and upcoming events.
This form can be filled out using Adobe Fill & Sign (or similar program) or printed off and given to the Church secretary to be distributed among the various team members responsible for the care and cleanliness of the Sanctuary & Facilities.
